At this moment, I haven’t been able to recreate the 3D Accelerator Card Not Supported error on my end and we haven’t had official information or word from our team regarding the issue, but we are hearing you all here and have seen a few additional reports.
Almost every known issue usually starts off with some basic troubleshooting and information gathering to see if we can find a trend here, unless the problem can be easily reproduced on our end. This is one of the reasons why we request that the troubleshooting and DxDiag files be provided, so that we can get a better understanding, compare, and send this information up as needed to the appropriate teams.
For you all experiencing the issue still, the requested information and troubleshooting from the initial post is greatly appreciated. It may get better as the game slowly patches over time, since we’re still a few hours til the pre-patch and servers are officially live.
