I mean i personally think Steward Copeland’s work on Spyro Enter the Dragonfly (including the unused ones) was his second best work (first being Year of the Dragon, obviously) on Spyro’s Soundtrack in the series. But we both know both of these unpopular opinions, when said outloud, require explanation on why that is when you’re trying to be objective here.
Though unlike yours, i do understand what i’ve said is an opinion.
Point being, you might want to have a better explanation on why you think that shadowlands is better then wrath then what you’ve provided.
bfa was bad. i didnt forget how much i hated it and continually thought about quitting it at the begining of the xpac with how awful boomie and feral was. the only thing that made bfa barrable was the guild i joined at the end of bod. if it wasnt for them i would have probably bailed on wow. like the story wasnt bad and if the devs didnt ignore everyones feedback and double down on their stupid decisions only to change them to what we said with some monkeys paw bs it would have been alot better of a xpac than it is. all that being said sl was so bad i bailed on it to go to ff14 for a year and made me miss bfa. sl and bfa were both bad but sl was worse
Sylvanas was an amazing character before he-who-shall-not-be-named ruined her.
The Jailer is not an amazing character. Not even close. In fact, he’s the complete opposite of amazing.
If you truly think the Jailer was an amazing character, then you’ve not read/seen/played many other things that have rich lore and in-depth characters.
They were not reasonable at all and thank all that’s holy that they are not going to be in Dragonflight. Already the new expansion is better off for the simple fact that garbage like conduits are not going to be in it.
Where else could you get full Tier set without stepping to a Single Raid? Only in Shadowlands.
Where else could you get full deck of ilevel 272s (all from unlimited Valors) without stepping to M+15’s? Only in Shadowlands where KSM is as easy as cake.
Shadowlands should be the best for gearing. But somehow nobody appreciates it.
I’m currently running a bunch of alts through the Frenzyheart/Oracles questline to have more toons be able to buy the stupid egg so I have more chances for the mount.
It’s boring and tedious and I’d still rather do that than do anything in SL. Plus Wolvars are much cuter than Pinecone or whatever his name is.
I honestly would have to agree here. I mean, deleting the old overworld was the biggest crime of cataclysm for me. But otherwise, it wasn’t really all that bad. There were other changes i wasn’t a fan of, but the old overworld being deleted was huge. But i still enjoyed it.
I also like shadowlands. I just wish it was more varied. And had more content. And had a better development cycle, without all the scandals and all that bullcorn.
I also wish i hadn’t felt the achievement for the gooey slime saber, i wish i hadn’t assumed blizzard would keep it on any difficulty for ever to complete the fated raids for the gooey saber. I am so upset about that. They are forcing a normal mode only requirement on it at the last second, and i did not think it would change.
Regardless, i had some good moments in shadowlands. Maldraxxus was cool. I am a rebel so i actually liked the maw. I swear it is like, well, you cannot hate something everyone else likes. And you cannot like what everyone else hates apparently either.
Like i guarantee there were folks who hated wrath of the lich king, the most popular expansion. But yah, i think that different opinions are ok, as long as they remain objective. What you liked. What you disliked. What you hated. What you loved. That kind of thing.
It wasn’t the worst but it is far from the best as well.
