Because people want feedback and discussion about terrible class/spec imbalance, broken PvP, Carries murdering the game, carry sale spam flooding the game and smothering lfg, alt unfriendliness, terrible timegating, no real content in 9.1.5, mage tower only being available for a few weeks despite being one of the major selling points of this patch, severe delay in new content and on and on and on and on and on.

I rattled these out in a matter of seconds and there’s so many more things I didn’t even mention. All of my friends have left the game. There is a great/expansion game just beneath the surface and I don’t understand why they won’t stop smothering it. This is the discussion I and many players want to have. Not one about the character creation screen.

And the person you quoted didn’t say “why won’t you talk to us?!” They said “no one cares about this can you make the game satisfying to play?” which I know was directed at Blizzard in general and not at this specific employee.

You should’ve just said that to the person you responded to “ I do care about this” Instead of doing the whole people want discussion with blues, then they try to discuss things with us and this is what happens. His point is valid. You get radio silence from Blizz on so much and this is what they choose to communicate on?

Thank you for the UI special. I do hope you guys will improve it and rework it even further, allowing the players to go by models and sub races (Dwarf > Bronzebeard/Wildhammer/Dark Iron) and bring in also a reworked racial system for 10.0. Would help a lot for the neverending elf war topics…
