You must not play Druid much because Moonkin Form is not that impactful at all.
Moonkin Form gives a 10% spell damage bonus (same as Shadowform). The only other things it does for them are Owlkin Frenzy which is not that crazy in group PvE, and could be baked into the class as a passive. The other being the armor bonus (yes ARMOR bonus by the way. Not flat damage reduction) which you do not even slightly notice since Boomkins are so damn squishy, one of the squishiest specs in the game. Polymorph immunity is PvP related most of the time.
So yeah. Both Shadowform and Moonkin Form in my opinion should be cosmetic in the year of our lord 2024. The true endgame is transmog.
This reasoning is so flawed. I really don’t agree with this mindset. Apply this to anything at all and the logic is just not there.
Nothing would ever change if everyone thought that way.
