For the betterment of Shadow, I would acquiesce to the idea of a single cooldown. However, the Void Bolt element needs to be optional or flat out not exist.
That is just too jaring and intrusive to my liking and will never be something I can simply play around with. I would and I have before just quit playing my Priest entirely.
