Shadow Priest or Warlock for PvP

I rolled a lock and was just looking at talent trees for interesting builds to take advantage of no debuff limit.

I’m thinking 21/7/23 so I can get most of affliction kit, ruin, but also 26% stun chance with AOE which would be nice in groups. Also 15% stam and 2/3 imp void for sacrifice absorb

Shadow priest is the king of duels/1v1 pvp, warlock is better at more things in general though.

I think warlocks are pretty annoying to play and manage in classic unless you like that kind of thing. So I would go undead priest. Fear classes are annoying to pvp with on ally.

I leveled a warlock in SoM, SoD and TBC/Wrath. But this time I am going spriest. Shard and demon management, while flavorful, do get old pretty quick.

Both classes are really strong in solo PvP.
Both classes are relatively bad in group PvP. Bigger the BGs worst they are.
Shadow priest is considered as a meme spec in PvE. You ll hear a lot go holy.
Lock is slightly better in PvE, but yet they are there to provide summon n healthstones.
Lock PvE rotation is consist of 1 button. Shadow bolt.
Spriest rotation is more complicated and fun. But you ll go oom before you can start enjoying it.

I played an Spriest in both iterations of hardcore n really like the class, unlike Blizzard that never liked it. Play whatever you feel for my man.
