Mind Flay animation doesnt show, but cast bar continues and damage is applied.

Bug still occuring, there were other reports but seem to have gotten buried over time.
This happens constantly, and if you arnt paying attention close enough it can look like it got resisted and you recast, wasting mana and gcd. The debuf displays on target, and the channel continues, but no animation. I have to keep telling people that im not just standing there, the cast animation is broken.
