Only thing ele has with 100% crit chance are ~18k - 20k lava bursts
I’ve crit for 200k maybe twice this season with every modifier possible
And I run around with 36% versa + surging
And how is anything you said Rot, dispel flame shock and thats it.
One dot that ticks for 3.8k , almost no one trades stronger elementals to spread flame via surge of power
