Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
I’ve already created a new post in the correct Bug Report section with all the details, screenshots and evidence.

The new thread is titled:
“Quest Flags, Phasing and Achievements Desynchronized after Troupe Ability (Crònós – Quel’Thalas, Retail)”
