Sethrak Will Never Be Playable

With the level of negativity going around unhealthy optimism seems fine by me. :woman_shrugging:

It’s called passion.

Here’s my take on Sethrak. After leveling through Voldun again. Seeing Sethrak part of the Alliance doesn’t make sense. Nor can they be apart of the Horde. They could make something up but if anything they’re closer to the Horde more than the Alliance since some of the Sethrak helped us out.

Sometimes I feel that saying never actually makes things happen.

BLIZZARD said classic would never happen. They had an entire Wall of No explaining why it would never happen.

And yet here we are.

I have changed to “that isnt probable” now.

Same with high elves. Remember when “the horde is waiting for you”?

Why cant they be Horde?
They are on good terms with the Vulpera and the Zandalari by the end of the story

Yeah and the Horde helped Vorrik take down Korthek and dismantle The Faithless empire.

Then they saved Sethraliss. Their loa.

It’s possible in every way imo. They could make a female model, add armor to it, explain it in lore, etc. The only thing preventing sephrak (and ogres, and jinyu, and everybody) is whether Blizzard wants to do it.

OP has been typing for ten minutes straight, this’ll be a doozy.

Fact. I’m not the one writing this lore, Blizzard does. Take it to the twitter with those who responsible for said lore.

Void Elves existed in playable state because they are Blood Elves with different skin colors. Not only that, but they existed in playable state long before you even saw the CGI cinematic where Gul’dan found the Illidan’s body, the Teaser for Legion. This is a Life-Serivce, not a videogame with standard “this done, next thing is in development”. Also if anything, then only Horde had more involvement with Sethrak than alliance, so yeah.

…Standard sethrak model with more armor and different skin texture attached to it on top of the spikes on her head and glowing effects.
Again, I suggest you to put this meme about “I can’t tell the male/female vulpera apart LOL” to rest, along with “haha kultiran fat”.

First, thank you for spoiling this thing for others, very elvish of you. You guys always spoil everything.
Second, this means nothing but blizzard uses their patented Asset Reuse™, which in this case using something(or someone) from previous expansion. That’s nothing new.

Link?

True, but I’ve been in media company meeting rooms, and since blizzard is media company, I’d imagine its not really that different.

No, I don’t read classes. I just glanced at avatar and skin tone, and that skimpy outfit gave me an idea of DH. My honest mistake, apologies.

Over who? You’re the only one(or one of the two, if you think about it) people who felt attacked by my words, essentially making it into situation where you feel your superiority complex being touched by someone who doesn’t agrees with you instantly.
Good job.

That’s a popular misconception and myth. At the time of Allen’s Brack infamous “You think you want it but you don’t” Classic servers were entering the active stage of internal technical and stress-testing. By the 2016th they were already casting people for that commercial where they sing about feeble rogues and dusty roads and “we are going home”.

Not as doozy as sitting here, feeling attacked for no reason and watching at your timer, actually counting how much time someone takes to write something. You need a breather, go get it right now.

That’s a good question. Maybe not all of the Zandalari Trolls are good with them and they became one of the most important race within the Horde right now. Adding the Sethrak might make another civil war within the Horde.

But seeing the story develop, anything is possible and I’m pretty sure if they do create them as a playable race, they’ll be part of the Horde.

Probably because Blizzard couldn’t handle that amount of rage it would cause.

I agree, but I would rather have a murloc anyway!

So the Wall of No never existed? It was just a mass hallucination?

For not being part of Blizzard, you sure know a lot about their internal workings.

You should tell us when the prepatch will drop.

They were welcome at Telanjis coronation.
you can see them at dazaralor as well as their loa sethraliss
It seems they are pretty welcomed by Talanji

Then why are you pretending like you know more about it than us?

This entire block of text is entirely nonsensical. Please re-write if you were attempting to make a point.

Your thread doesn’t say "Sethrak Will Never Be Playable on Alliance. If that was the point you were trying to make, you missed it.

Wrong again. She has a subtly different model.

I suggest you read here: https://www.wowhead.com/sethrak-race-in-voldun

to have all of the information available before you pretend to be an authority on something.

You have no idea what it does or does not mean.

Meaningless assumption.

You’re adorable.

Firstly, that part I described was the part of larger investigation and “leaks” from current undisclosed(at the time) and ex blizzard employees, which I sadly never saved and I can’t even remember the keywords for it to search it on Google now, sadly.

And yeah, I can. October 6th. Mainly because PvP season and XP/Reputation bonuses end at 30th of September, meaning that we’re looking at October the earliest.

Woot, one more week for my guild to wipe on Vexiona…I mean, work on AOTC.

If Setthak becomes available it should be Alliance-only race.

Yes she is saying that, but in a more subtle way. I want my darned snake people I don’t care if they don’t have boobs.
