Still a 1,700 queue about 1.5 hour wait to get into the game.

It’s Saturday. The game launched on Monday - we’re 5 days past launch - during a prime time holiday weekend for play time.

Literally every single day I’ve tried to play, I’ve had to wait at least 2 to 4 hours every single time. The game is virtually unplayable for me.

Give me free character transfers, spin up more capacity in your cloud VMs, or give me a full credit for a month of free game time.

This is just stupid. Unacceptable. Most other realms have been playing queue free since launch.

I paid money to transfer off of area 52… Am i able to get that back now that is free…?

If you transferred off of Area 52 to another realm recently, You may submit a Support Ticket requesting a refund. This is not guaranteed that this will happen however.
