When are the servers opening up?

I think the best information we have on this is in this thread:

The following realms are now layered and unavailable for paid character transfers or new players:

• Arugal
• Benediction
• Faerlina
• Fairbanks
• Herod
• Pagle
• Sulfuras
• Whitemane

Additionally, we have also restricted character creation and transfers to the Earthfury and Grobbulus realms.
