Can move around but nothing else is moving and cant interact with anything. I cant event logout or quit the game.
It sounds like you are out of sync or otherwise disconnecting, Zulman. You might need to try closing the client and rebooting.

Yes, for some reason it locked. Force Ending the WoW clilent and restarting fix the issue.
