I think most people on PVP servers are looking to fight but if you target them and both look at each other it’s kind of like, “I see you.” and that alone can stop a lot of fights from happening. At the same time I think most players also will not fight at every chance they get.
If you let your opponent get a free hit on you or something then you’re much more likely to get attacked.
How if the servers are still down
