Are you talking about the move from Classic to TBC? Where they Fed people over that logged into Classic like normal and were told it cost $15/character to play TBC?
Yeahā¦ like Ragefireā¦ which literally took 12-24 of continuous camping.
And you had to get your guild ready within a momentās time or Ragefire would be KSād by another guild.
Unlike Wow, the mob didnāt become locked after initial damage so any group that did the most damage would get first dibs on the loot.
But then if you waited more than a couple of minutes, the corpse would unlock to EVERYONE so you had some pretty egregious ninja-loots as a result.
Fun times.

And what good is that going to do me if I donāt get another day like this to play for 6 months?
