Can confirm. Was in ZA last night. Adds/trash were respawning as we were killing them.
I could of used these 4 hours to slowly clear out my Steam backlog

A “scheduled” random wednesday downtime we were informed about 2 hours after it started, and has been extended an hour twice more.
