I was getting WOW51900319 disconnect right before character select, then it went to wow51900328, and now its back to wow51900319
45 minutes later and some servers are still down with no word…
Yea, Elune/Gilneas are still down for some reason.
Pretty unfair if that’s where all your toons are. Can’t even make another Evoker because of the requried lvl 50 needed on that server. I’d say some compensastion is in order for our shard, but were are just anther tear in the bucket with a hole in bottom to Blizzard.
Right? Kinda ridiculous that we’re one of the last few still down.
Compensation is rarely offered the only realy big compensation was during the WOD launch due to a massive ddos attack and i believe they offered 1 week of game time.

Is this comment supposed to be a functional Customer Service response? Literally almost no information provided in your statement. Would appreciate some detailed feedback since some of us can’t access the server with all of our characters on it still.

That is simply because no further information was given to her.
The only people that would have any kind of information are the servers tech’s and they do not post on the forums.

Customer Service <> Engineer. Their job isn’t to reboot anything but to inform the masses. Instead they are governing the forum posts so they don’t get flooded with complaints instead of answering them with useful information.
odd you say that, seeing as that may have been what happened according to a leak on discord, allegedly the community for ff14 claimed responsibly for the server disconnects
