Something as a simple as a message pushed to the BNet app saying “Sh!t happened. Servers down. Working on it. No ETA right now. Thanks.” would go a long way on the customer service end.
There are reason being disconnected is that blizzard are clearing data issue. Also, I have been unable to get in too. So Too many players are crowded. Just as Moon Guard server and the problem there,
No Server master ever fix that players out. I can’t call blizzard or battle.net. I even can’t get a hold with any workers.

agreed but when people are paying money every month and blizzard receives a lot of that. they should have a team that is at least willing to talk with the community on what’s going on.

I work from home, and the connection to my company’s VPN just went down. Normally, when this happens, we’ve always been told AWS crashed. Does anyone know if Blizzard uses AWS?

Someone spit on me and tell me it’s my fault the servers went down. Call me names too.
Thats how it works tho. Pppl complain about an hour here or there of downtime, sheesh it used to be 10 hr maintenance every week

they had a server shut down alert, but nothing on their forums, twitter, site, blizzard itself. the oddest thing though during the “count down” the count down time went from 15:00 to 5:00 in one frame, the UI froze up and i was not able to use any of my keybinds even though the toon was still attacking and no lapse there. still no updates to why half of the servers shut down and now all severs world wide are shut down…
do you think they noticed?
did they trip over the cord??

I remember the very first boat launch for WotLK to Northrend. It bugged and dumped everyone in Stonetalon mountain instead. Only the first boat going out.
I keep getting kicked off too. I stopped trying. I guess they just don’t want me to play retail. I’m trying to give them a change and come back but they not doing much to win me over. Guess I’ll go back over to Classic.
Bloodscalp back up. Fastest response I’ve seen from them. Good job Blizzard!
