My Character is stuck in * Transfer in Progress * for the past 24 hrs or so… can someone check to see if it is bugged or if its just take extra long due to holidays
If it’s been 24+ hours, then it’s likely that something has gone wrong. Did you send the character mail after you initiated the transfer by chance? That’s probably the #1 reason these get stalled. Beyond that, if the payment failed, then there would be a delay due to that too.

If it hasn’t been a full 24 hours, it could still go through when that time comes. However, it doesn’t usually take that long. Do you know if any mail was sent to the character shortly after initiating the transfer?
You’ll probably need to submit a purchase failure ticket to see what’s up.
well i pre-loaded $ on my blizzard account so i am good there … nothing should have been mailed to him that i know of is there a way i can check cause i can’t log into that charater
Not really no. It’s possible a blue Support Forum Agent might be able to take a look, but you would still need to put in the ticket to resolve that issue (if it is indeed mail).
Is this a Classic character that’s being transferred? Sometimes the mail is from specific quests and it can take a day or two for that to show up so that it can be handled.

It looks like you had some gold from a couple Auction House sales come in, and now that mail is preventing the transfer from going through.
Unfortunately, just removing the gold doesn’t allow the transfer to go through. We’ll likely need to cancel it so you can remove the mail/gold and initiate the transfer again. I’d recommend putting in a ticket using Purchase Failure as Perl and Ekon recommended, so a Game Master can take a look.
