Server tic vs batching

Server tic update to client is way slower than batching; estimate at 175ms to 250ms.

Because of the way the batching and server tic are done the distract ability and other targeted AE are less accurate and effective than they should be vs targets using movement speed increases or mounts.

Because of the way server tic works players can be well out of range also and also be effected.

Please fix, broken mechanics aren’t fun; these components were more reliable 15 years ago on inferior hardware and systems.
