On sale merely means it’s up for sale. 
the sale is merely a set-back!
I think the main issue is honor from kills is way too low, should be between 20-30 honor per kill.

I concur.
Not sure why people see it as a win. It’s still going to take me hours to farm 19k honor for ONE weapon… And I need 2 since I main a Hunter. :S
