Sending BOA Items to 2nd Account

Hello,

I have two accounts on the same battle.net. I was under the impression that BOA items and could be sent across both account since they are tied. Is this incorrect? I kind of just assumed this and i tried to send cold weather flying to my alt and was a bit disappointed. Is this supposed to be the case? It is rather confusing that mail is instance and is treated as the same account but not BoA. Can someone with retail experience fill me in on if BoA items work for multiple accounts under a bnet?

I think when they say “account bound” they only mean the one you are working on at the time.

On retail it isn’t an issue, but they are added into a tab like mounts.

Where as classic is abit different.
