Selling Loot In Raids

If I win a bop item can I trade the loot to another eligible player for gold?

If that is okay, would I also be able to trade some of that gold to the friends who helped me?

According to a blue post you can sell items you win.

I wonder if the number of “folks” who got /ignore for selling loot after winning a roll has ever incremented from 0 to 1.

it is not okay. don’t do it.

Would this mean I’m am able to decide what to do with the gold I received within the confines of the game?

I would assume so.

The raid itself isnt a gdkp so you should be fine.

Only precaution i would take is maybe trade it to your friend outside the raid simply because blizzards automation is wonky.

It is 100% okay, dont spread misinformation.

Would I be able to trade some of the gold to my friend or friends who helped me win such a valuable item?

Answered above.

I assume a faulty system isn’t intended or is the rule adherent to if players are in a group or instance still?

Idk blizzards automation isnt known for its accuracy is all im saying.

The whole scarlet letter bit worked in old wow when it was crap tons of smaller servers.

Look at them, They did bad things! That works in small towns. Not on the big cities our 2 servers are. That dude in the bronx is a bad neighbor! Okay….that means crap to a dude living in greenwich.

Small lists don’t help. 2019’s mega’s were even smaller.

We still filled that list up, many would forget why weeks later. Purge it. And go, I guess we find out why we blocked/ignored Player X all over again lol.

edit: or installed lots of add ons, so in time it was the anti-addon people whining a lot. Dude install this add on and expand you ignores. They’d go I don’t want to, we’d go well then we’ve hit an impasse.

This is why I like the SR system, because it limits this type of behavior.

No it doesn’t. It feeds into it. I know for a fact I can buy a DST from any of these trade chat dst hr sr Grull runs.

Most of the time even when you win a highly contested SR item, someone will offer to buy it from you.

they banned a streamer for paying 7k for a nexus key

I literally linked you the blue post saying you can do whatever you want with loot you win and people still try to argue.

The blue post is literally from Anni servers to.

the streamer payo literally caught a ban for buying a nexus key for 7k when it dropped in a raid. hes a pvp streamers and only was doing tk for the nexus key it was not hr from the start either it was a cold whisper to the guy who won the roll. people go so butthurt over it blizzard eventually banned him over it

And as per the rules i linked above buying the Key for 7k is fine.
