In the end, no one here can tell you what tripped you up. Even a Blue response isn’t going to give you more than they already have. Others have mentioned some good ideas, and I would agree that even if it wasn’t your intent, using outside software for macros/keybinding on a mouse is generally a red flag.
WoW already has macro support built into the game. That way, Blizzard can control what a macro can do. I’ve heard some people say the in-game macros are too limited, but that’s by design. Those limits are not an invitation to seek outside remedies, but to have guardrails on what a player can do with those macros. An outside program is removing those guardrails, and it’s very easy to cross the line.
As for the rest of your post, you have received all the necessary support from the appeals team. No, it’s not been the answer you want to hear, but that does not mean that they are ignoring you, or a “real” human hasn’t seen it, or anything else.
