Multiple Bugs here from different sides:
1.] Already Reported [Statue of Greed] Glitches upon triggering for a plate
2.] Enigma Machine - Unknown if due to Druid Cat form or triggering of greed statue. Wardens Mirror gets gobbled up and the Enigma machine does not allow for reset. (Recommendation: Lever on the wall to reset the secret scenario and puzzle]
3.] Leads to unusual bug: Returned to Wardens to see if I can either
a.] re-trigger for the wardens chest to loot the mirror again or
b.] See if I can get the item back by retracing my steps
Zoning in to Wardens [In this case Mythic] Returns you to the final boss room with the door sealed. Unable to die and respawn outside the door instance. No exits. The logical idea is that if secret door is opened for the warden statue, then the final room is sealed (Suggestion: Flags already indicate completion of looting the chest. It would make sense that you can loot the mirror again OR turn this into a secrets toy with no direct trigger use so that future glitches allow for the studious detective to continue on their adventures of solving mysteries]
Update: Puzzle has been solved again on normal to see if I can retrieve the mirror again. No chest will spawn with the same equipment that was used to fulfill the previous [means the unique spawn will only trigger once, but tells you has no way to restore if the item is lost]

I have one here, no matter what I do to reset the instance, or even the enigma machine, it always tells me there are 3 locks (not 7) and no starting point in the grid progresses the mechanism, so I think that my lock number is broken or something.

With the lowering of the Enigma Machine locks to 3 from 7, it now constantly zaps you at Lock 3. For me it’s constantly resetting itself to:
“There appears to be 3 locked mechanisms.”
No matter if I solved 1 lock or 2 locks already. I’ve screenshotted my WA showing I have 2 locks unlocked but the machine shows I’m at 0. This is quite frustrating as I’ve been banging my head against this door for days now. (literally and figuratively)

This keeps happening to me too on lock 3. It’s driving me crazy! Are you still having this issue, or were you able to get it work?
Edit I figured it out and ended up completing it. I was hitting the “Begin” button after each lock which ended up resetting it. I only hit begin once at the start and didn’t have to hit it again. Everything worked just fine after that and I now have my 8th orb.

Mine is doing the exact same thing! and once I get to the 3rd lock it zaps me… I tried starting at 3/7 and that zapped me. It remains at 3 locked mechanisims. I check and make sure there aren’t any rats anywhere. The place is clear
As of today this is STILL happening. Have yet to find a work around. Turned off all add-ons, have all things on (Ohn’ara, Torch, Goggles), have NONE of it one, Randomly wear one item, etc. NOTHING. This is stupid. People already getting their Felcycle and some of us got a buggy instance!!!
