Yes I am. I have the torch cap and idol going next to the area where I see the outline of the tablet.
I was never offered the quest A Sphere in Danger but I have Preservationist’s Dispatch Three, in my inventory.
I got the orb one from bar tender yesterday …have any of these been cked off on the achievement panel?
After the debacle of the Under Suspicion secret, I got the A Curious Orb quest and found the three pieces and turned the orb in and got it marked off on the achievement.
Now I am just waiting for this morning’s clue to complete the whole achievement.
I’m still waiting for it to appear as well. I thought I was missing something obvious as it hasn’t appeared yet anywhere for me.
Oh it’s out alright… Talk to the Preservationist Kathos at the Inn and Good Luck!!! 
It wasn’t bugged for me. We did it out of order and found all three artifacts, then looted three items in a different place.

I just went backed and checked again after seeing these posts, it’s up now for me as well. 
Confirming: the full whodunnit questline is now available.
(it turned out the hardest step for me was deciphering where it wanted me to take the four artifacts … I had a brain cramp and hit a brick wall there watching my sanctuary-timer run down for half an hour before wandering around aimlessly paid off … in hindsight I probably should have broken down and asked chat for directions, but I eventually stubbornly muddled through it)

Well, that wasn’t up at the time
(finishing it before the walkthrough was posted was my personal goal)
I looked all over wowhead, including the front page and didn’t see that post.
I figured it out on my own, But I really hoped wowhead had done all the work for me
By the way, talk to the quest giver about the relics recovered after turning in the final quest. There’s a lore comment in there that made me do a double-take.

I tried doing “Under Suspicion” and received the “Great Places to Visit in Valdrakken” item. I did not get any other quest to continue. I still have access to the old notes too. I have tried retracing my steps with them. I don’t have a quest to turn in or another quest to accept either. I tried to move onto a “Curious Orb” without receiving the quest itself by going to the tablets, but they also do not appear. For some reason, I just did not get the next quest at all.
