Each response from Blizzard, is by a real human. Each review into the logs with each appeal, is by a real human. The responses you get from each ticket, is a templated responce.

And on the topic of mass reports, there is no such thing.

Mass reporting is mostly a myth. Outside of temporary squelches, usually for spam/advertising, etc… no action is taken without being verified. That isn’t to say a mistake can’t be made, but most of the fear about “mass reporting” is due to the massive effort of coloring the narrative with misinformation.
