And if we can’t complete the quest we are stuck until a fix. Don’t run delves until quest is complete or you will be locked out of the new mount/progress chain
This worked for me. I logged onto an alt, picked up the quest, and was able to buy the bag from Reno. Logging back over onto main, abandoning the quest and picking it up again had the 2 bag steps flagged completed.
I got disconnected from game. Finally, got logged back in and did the theatre. When I got back to Dornogal after, he had it.
If Reno Jackson is bugged, reload your Interface UI in your Option tab. This worked for all of my toons.
Was having the same issue. Couldn’t get it to work on alts either. So ran a 4 out of curiosity and when I went back it was there. Just something to try and see if it fixes it for others as well.

I tried logging on one of my Horde alts and she can see it. Can’t buy it - not high lvl enough yet, but can see it. Gonna try a few other tricks and see if I can get it on another toon.
Cosmetic bag is available now to me, after Reno disappearing on a smoke break and reappearing with the bag now available.

The only problem is even though I bought the one item, the quest did NOT count it as being bought, so I can never finish it now.

Hope that isn’t the case…
Not sure if anyone else is seeing it, but now when you pick up this quest it automatically jumps to having got both bags - without getting either bag or their contents. It only leaves the ‘Delvers Guide Reviewed’ activity to be done.
Have had this happen on a number of alts - leaving you kind of stuck.
- Finish the quest and move forward in the story-line – without the contents of the bag
- Sit in Dorn waiting for Bliz to fix the problem
The bags can only be purchased once per warband. If you buy them on any character, then the objective will be marked completed on every other character.
