You expect the expected, but no one expected them to lock rank 14 to AQ. You also assume rank 8 at level 50. might be locked to rank 7. All that rank gear is meant for 60’s so they might gate it to that.
I am happy though they did implement something like this. It gives items back their relevance.

nice click bait, as if people aren’t already going to spend lots of time playing the game. Either way, since there is no decay, you still have you put in the same amount of time to rank whether you do it 50k a week or 500k a week. Mindless comment who doesn’t realize he will still have to put in 200 hours whether he does it 5 hours a week or 50 hours a week. Now if you are concerned that you won’t be able to return the game after the first couple weeks of hitting 60 then yes, they have effectively kept you from… guess what… rushing r14 rewards… which is exactly the point they made, and you even quoted them on. But that also doesn’t make sense either, because if you never intended on having the time required to hit rank 14 in the first place then this change has nothing to do with you… This change just means you will have to spend the hours required to rank later instead of all at once. The amount of time playing the game doesn’t change, only how it is split up.
Maybe change it so we can obtain a high rank and then we don’t have to bracket stack? thanks.
Kaivax, for those of us that are pvp mains and will rank regardless of the sets being out - will we be getting decent pieces from the BG rep rewards too? Or do we just get like nothing till AQ
You still need a reason for the average person to want to participate and grind the reputation. Even if they’re only good for pvp or even just moderately useful in pve

The BFD raid gear is miles beyond rank 3. PvP got hugely shafted.

How come this is only the case for pvp rankers but not for raiders? This makes no sense. Why not make raids offer no gear so people can raid at their own pace, and then only have gear at 60. This is silly.
SoD needs pvp gear progress that’s on par with raiders at 25, and then 40, and so on. Otherwise, pvp players are forced to raid every 3 days just to be able to pvp. This is not how classic works.

Are the level 60 raids going to have 10 man options?
I’m over 40 man raids.
How is this going to work with faction gear? We have people already exalted with warsong that will have direct access to high end gear better than anything phase 1 offers. Are you also limiting access to those items until certain time? Makes no sense to cap pvp rank gear if you are allowing faction gear to be available.
in order for EVERYONE to be able to push rank in PvP you guys need to implement some changes to WSG queue’s. Signing up solo to face a pre-made 9 out of 10 times is not allowing everyone to push ranking in PvP.
Solutions:
Pre-mades only face other pre-mades
Stop pitting PvE servers against PvP servers in BG’s
OR
Removing the ability to queue up in a BG as a group.

Please do something about the Premade vs Pugs in WSG. idk how many games I’ve played tonight but I do know I have not won a single one.
Also, I have been spamming in trade for premade but horde just doesn’t seem to like premades.
WSG has been miserable. Ill just be waiting for AB to unlock in phase 2.
Is this rank cap causing issues with the ranking up process? I logged off last night a top 10% honor receiver and I haven’t seen any change in my rank today. Like, 0 % rank 2 last week, 0% rank 2 this week.
