- The Scarlet Enclave Restoration 6-piece set bonus now has a 100% chance to spread your Rejuvenation (was 50%).
- Paladin
- Increased the benefit of Shock and Awe so that dealing Holy Shock damage grants you 200% of your Intellect as Spell Damage, and reduces the threat you generate by 30% for 1 minute, and you are empowered with Sunlight for 10 seconds, causing Divine Storm, Crusader Strike, and melee attacks to deal bonus Holy damage equal to 100% of your holy spell power.
- The Wrath rune now benefits Sunlight.
- Soul of the Sealbearer reduces the damage dealt by Sunlight.
- The Scarlet Enclave Holy 2-piece bonus has changed to: grants 20% Spell Haste and causes your next 5 Divine Light, Holy Light, Flash of Light, or Holy Shock spells to have a 0.5 second reduced global cooldown, lasting 30 seconds (was 20% Spell Haste for 1 minute).
- Priest
- The Scarlet Enclave Healer Tier set 2-piece now also reduces the cooldown on Power Word: Barrier by 30 seconds.
- The Scarlet Enclave Healer Tier set 4-piece now also increases the healing done by Serendipity empowered spells by 10% per stack of Serendipity spent.
- The Scarlet Enclave Healer Tier set 6-piece no longer works with Power Infusion.

I see on wow head there’s an undocumented change from your notes regarding rogue’s JaFW. The tooltip currently reflects 20% though it’s documented as 30%. Can you confirm which is it?
Any news on a fix for Beatrix spawning double the amount of adds? I thought this was supposed to be fixed already but it happened to us Tuesday, costing us a lot of progression time.
How in the world have you not fixed Feral Druid tier yet? Our 2 piece does nothing, our 4 piece does little damage until you get 6 Piece, and by the time you get your 6 piece and can finally use your gear, we will be out classed by every other DPS class. This seems crazy to me. Buff Feral Druid already. You nerfed our energy regen staff into the ground without buffing our tier or anything about Feral. Now we are the bottom of the barrel. Imagine not getting to use your tier until you get all 6 pieces because 2 and 4 piece set bonus sucks, just to do no damage compared to everyone else.

And just to make it clear. I’m not advocating for them to re-buff staff so non-powershifting can be viable. I’m just saying they nerfed our biggest damage increase {staff weapon} without buffing our incredible subpar set bonuses, making us an incredibly bad DPS spec. They should have at least kept the energy regen at 50% so we could do a little more damage. I would agree that 100% was to much, but 25% is WAY to little when we do no damage from our tier set bonuses.
The best 2 options for us are:
-make the staffs energy regen 50% again
-make our new tier gear bonuses not completely useless
I’m all for changing our tier gear bonuses. preferably our 2 piece. Cant even use it… it does nothing…
Making a classes tier useless until they get all 6 pieces is crazy. its better to stick with 2 piece bwl and 4 piece aq40 until you get everything. insane.

- Experiment-800M will now correctly only activate its On Use splash damage off of Ranged attacks that involve the Weapon itself. E.g. not Thunder Clap or Shuriken Toss but will activate off Quick Shot and Between the Eyes.
- Transmute Mithril to Truesilver and Transmute Iron to Gold now benefits from Transmutation Mastery.

- Caldoran
- Divine Conflagration’s ground effect no longer displays a duration while inside.
- Divine Conflagration will now show on the adds so players know when they are inside of the area.
- Adds will no longer fail to die when they hit 1 health.
- Wake of Ashes has had its windup animation changed to be slightly more distinct compared to his other attacks.
- Adds will no longer fail to be feared between phases if they are crowd controlled.
- Caldoran
My raid is actively experiencing this very much not being fixed, impossible to progress because the adds will not die and spam healing him back to 100%
Adds still not dying at 1hp, Typical. Also fix shadowbolt volley cleave while ur at it again, Stop knee jerk reaction overnerfing things when everyone else gets to enjoy cleave for free but locks start doing it and all of a sudden its a Crime. Smh.

- The Caladboulder will now lose 1 durability every time the Chance on Hit stun proc activates.
- Scarlet Enclave
- There are now three Torn Pages for Putress’ Diary per Scarlet Enclave instance, as intended (was incorrectly 1).
- The Hoard of the Pirate Lord containing the Lucky Doubloon will now require you to kil Mason the Echo before being able to loot it (was: required killing Balnazzar before looting, and was also using his tap list - creating issues for Master Looters and not having a chest if a soft reset happened between Balnazzar and Mason).
- The Hoard of the Pirate Lord will no longer despawn if there is a soft reset done on the instance after Balnazzar.
- The Hoard of the Pirate Lord will no longer despawn if the chest is left open for too long.
- Caldoran
- Enemies will no longer show the Panic debuff while they are dead.
- Enemies will no longer ignore Panic if they have Curse of Recklessness active when it is cast.
- Enemies will (hopefully) no longer stay alive while at 1 health.
- Lilian Voss
- Ignite has had its initial damage reduced and the scaling amount reduced.

I’m about ready to quit sod. If I wanted an overtuned disaster of a raid I would have never quit playing retail where I can at least get achievements and mounts. I’m losing interest fast, it’s Sunken Temple all over again.

Blizzard doesn’t learn lessons. This has always been the case. They pull the same nonsense every. single. time. They say they’re “learning” all these lessons, but continue doing the same thing over and over and over. They just don’t care and it’s getting more and more clear they don’t care.
