I’ll add that there was no stun potential for Starsurge in P1 (which is what it looks like you two were talking about – Starsurge going unaddressed in P1 versus complaints about SW:D now in P2).
I have been crit for 1200-1500 by swd more times than I can count. Someone exaggerates by 100 and you choose to focus on that. Again, silly.

that is such an insane range, so lets say the average pyroblast hits for 800-1000, so it crits for what, 1600 if they don’t have the boot rune? lets do a little uhh “ashigarami” rounding and uhh say it regularly hits for 1100, so we’ve turned a 1600 damage nuke into a 2200 nuke
“regularly crits for 1600” is an ocean mile from “i’ve been crit for 1200-1500”

Given that both level and gear variations are common in STV, I think the range is mundane.
At the very low end of that range, 1200, we find a value that is completely unacceptable as a number to be happening in pvp this phase. Particularly by the class that is the strongest defensively in the entire game
Druids were critting Starfire for 900-1200 and people lost their minds. And druids are awful defensively

100% of healing priest are speccd disc. Fix your crappy spirit of the redeemer rune? Fix empowered renew rune? Fix the crit not actually being applied on weakened soul? Adjust bust in pvp so its not pointless trying to heal?

It’s an execute on a 12s cooldown that reflects 50% of it’s damage back if it doesn’t kill the target. It absolutely should do more than mindblast.
Nerf it’s damage by 20% and redo the reflect back to 100%. That would be the most balanced nerf in my opinion.
You must just be doing something wrong then. I get charged by a warrior then get 3 shotted all the time by double hit for 900 then 300 then another random 300-600 hit all the time. So the dps is there if you know what you are doing lol.
