This buff wasnt enough. Can we get a buff to wrath damage, so it doesn’t effect PVP much? Maybe change eclipse to 60% wrath crit instead of 30%. Boomkins will be doing less damage than locks/mages even with the 10% damage buff and you will be buffing mages/locks next week? So is it a design goal for boomkins to be bottom tier dps? Or will they do similar damage as locks/mages?

In what world are warrior tanks bad compared to shaman tanks? Shaman tanks are complete garbage this phase… what are you smokin bruh?

Oh and shaman tanks just got a gigantic nerf this hotfix update.

Real Rets do NOT want to Seal Twist. This is NOT a fun gameplay thing, it’s not an INTENTIONAL gameplay thing. This was literally taking a break in blizzards own system and finding benefit out of it.

Please give Rets REAL buffs, not relying on an archiac form of gameplay that only people living in the past want to play. This is NOT fun, this is NOT something that will save the class from being damn near dead last, and we need REAL buffs. Not whatever this is. -Please-. Reading this genuinely just makes me want to quit SoD.

So release those buffs and the MD change at the same time.

It’s not like MD is even gamebreaking for elemental and resto, it’s just better than the alternatives for both specs. And if you don’t care about it that much, then don’t do it.

There’s no benefit to changing that situation piecemeal like this.

In bad groups, SP’s are always going to be wanted. If half your group is grey/green parsing that +200 hps from VT is very impactful.

In a good group trying to get the fastest kill time possible, spriests are already being left behind because they do 1/2 the damage of a melee dps.

since mana aint a problem for either horde and alliance, maybe remove dispersion from the game? so priest might be killable

My moonkin already crits people for ~2500, which is close to or more health than most people have in the open world. Now I get 10% more damage? Thanks!

and wrath hits for 300 without any debuffs up. it hits the same as it does on era…

I understand you are upset, but you are purely wrong.

#1 speedrun in the game ran a Spriest.
Parsing raids also run a spriest… Here is why.

Spriest allows you to dump a healer. So instead of getting 0 DPS from a full healer, you can get 80% of a healer with an SP and do 70% the damage of a real DPS.

Doing 800K DPS overall in a speedrun while also healing a decent chunk is wildly beneficial to the raid.

They have the same problem Rogues have - sustained damage is terrible but they can dot you with 2 globals and you’re dead (or Triple Mutilate you from full energy and you’re dead/close to dead)

And the dev team seems to have no idea that people complaining about Rogue DPS [had] a valid point last phase (they’re not great his phase but not terrible) and people complaining about mutilate burst PVP damage can both be right.

And they have demonstrated no ability to fix these issues. Maybe we can interest Shadow Priests in the Rogue treatment from this balance patch - buff a rune no one uses today and no one will use after buffs tomorrow.

Oh great two dots from a spriest wasn’t enough to kill everyone as it was lets make it stronger. Rip done playing warr now. Might as well reroll shaman.

Melee classic in phase 3 have been pretty stinking good.

lol? try equipping items. Mine crits for about 800 as a 1.5 second cast. That’s a quarter of people’s health in the open world.

Nice changes for the majority for sure!
I’m in the camp with a lot of others. I’m ok giving Shadow Priests a damage boost so they can blast more in PvE but if you do that, hit their survivability (just like you did with Enh in phase 2). Either your’re tanky or you’re bursty, not both.

Man I am pretty disappointed about warriors. SOD is so focused on so many PVP events and all the major streamers are in full agreement with how bad they are in PVP. With how bursty the meta is. We need some sort of help. Not only did we get any help, we also weren’t even mentioned in the list of classes to be helped. Maybe we can get victory rush on a cd, increase stam of all stamina warriors have by 25%. SOMETHING guys so we dont just get 1 shot everytime we turn the corner.

with a 20% nature damage buff up yes. otherwise it hits the same as it does on era. Also locks are droping 1600 incin crits and its a 1.57 second cast

Instead, while we are mounted, a shadowpriest casts 2 dots on us, runs away and we die… And then they get a 10% flat buff to all abilities. Thats craziness. Why not just increase damage of spells like moonkins…

Because instead of coming up with a way for priests to buff their damager ONLY IN A RAID ENVIRONMENT Blizzard has no creativity or logic in coming up with a way to balance classes. So they’ll just buff their entire overall damage despite knowing how OP this class is in PvP.

What they should have done is come up with an edit to an already existing rune that made it so party crits buff their damage by 10% or something. Just like what rogues have. HAT is nice in a raid but does F all in duels, world pvp, or bgs. It makes me do much higher dps in a raid but I’m still useless in pvp. All a priest has to do is be within 40 yards of me, click two buttons and run off, then I die because cloak of shadows doesn’t exist for some ungodly reason. God forbid you have counterplay right?
