don’t reply to that person they are just a troll.
Almost like dungeons are new, and people go into it blind? And it’s still the first month. (Except for the old dungeons that have been around forever, but people might not have been around then.)
There are so many issues really, had a healer quit the group during a run last night when they realized it wasn’t going to be a +3 to the key.
Sounds like me on an alt.
(Was a +5 key I think.)
This was a 16 and it was going to finish as a +2 but healer just quit out.
that’s surprising. Could be projected failure then. (Wiping on first boss.)
that’s just petty, and nowadays a waste of time.
We one shot every boss until they quit.
The best key level atm is the 22/23 range. They are high enough that most of the people who can’t gear their character or press their buttons get weeded out, but they’re still low enough that you can do them stress free. 24 starts to get a bit difficult and 20/21 is just loaded with people who bought a carry the previous week or whatever.
I mean there are just basic mistakes I see all the time in 19s and 20s. People press their CDs at weird times. People scuff their rotations. People eat easily avoided mechanics. People don’t press their defensives.
These are the same people who go into Waycrest, get 20 kicks, and think it’s impressive. Meanwhile the tank and rogue are chilling there with 40-60 each wondering why 8 soul volleys got off and the healer is ready for a quiet pill from having to deal with it.
It is unfortunate that some classes are interrupt handicapped.
It’s very, very rare that a class is the controlling factor on interrupts, especially in waycrest when you can pretty much press it on CD. Even boomies can get 20+ in there.
Edit: Sure, on high keys with players actually skilled enough it’s a significant limiting factor, but in 19s and 20s? Nah, it’s just people who forget to press the button or simply aren’t aware enough to kick, do their rotation, dodge mechanics, etc.
I’m not even saying these are bad people, just unskilled to the point where I don’t want to be in a key with them.
there are very few classes that are, that however does not excuse the lack of not interrupting priority spells
Yeah, right many classes have a much longer CD for interrupts.
exactly, and it kills the drive we are just saying that score does have a factor in being the barrier of entry for higher keys. my streamer friends help my lower geared toons all the time with a keys or two in their raffle or que, but I die a lot on them only cause the lack of HP for random ish due to gear, not knowing mech I still know priority targets and mechs, not saying that all LOW score/gear people are incapable but there are limiting factors and survivability is one especially when each death ticks the timer. failed a 14 last week 28+ deaths that run they couldn’t survive NOR hit the priority mobs right and just kept smashing their brain at it even while I was explaining calmly what to do they just didnt care cause loot and score
There are some zones with fewer kicks than others, but if you’re in waycrest, BRH, Atal’dazar, or whatever and you don’t have double digit kicks then you’re just not playing well. Even if you’re a boomie with a 1min CD on kick or whatever it is it still takes 20 minutes to do the dungeon, and there are kicks in most of the packs. That’s more than enough time to get 10… and that’s in Atal’dazar. Waycrest has far more.
Who cares? That doesn’t have anything to do with what I said. If interrupts were equally accessible for all classes then you might be able to compare the numbers.
how about you quote the whole thing instead of just part of that to fit your narrative ok. again longer CD does not excuse the lack of them period. especially mobs that if it gets off can wipe a group.
idk, timing 22s atm. And people suck.
If a rogue doesn’t have more interrupts than I do there is a problem with the rogue.
True dat.
It’s not wrong but saying you only need Ilvl 440 to do a 20 key is a bit disingenuous.
