Buying them doesnt let you use resources(apexis crystals) anymore its just 300g for a seal.
Hope thats a bug.
I think they chaged it to be only purchaseable with gold when they made the Seal of Inevitable Fate available for gold / garrison resources / apexis crystals, it’s been like that for a good while as far as I know.
