There isn’t really anything that can be done about it here on the forums unfortunately. Have you put in a ticket?
It looks like you have all four 4 licenses from what I can see, Solastary, and they appear to be in your collection.
Double check your filters, toggle them on and off, be sure you have unwrapped all four.

I only received one wrapped package, the — the frost one.
The other mount don’t appear when I search them and I applied a filter just so I could press the x to remove all filters.
Tried logging out and logging into a different character as well.
Strange. I can see them, both in your licenses and in your collection. Give it a little time, they should hopefully show up for you soon.
