Hello! Myself and 2 friends are currently looking for a guild that matches your criteria well. I have a warrior (prot mostly) from original xpac but play my rogue (sub) as my main and prefer to (TJOshie). My friends are a ret pally (deltacron) and Havoc DH (Nedri) and looking for a long term home. We raided with our current guild initially and have been consistently on/casual since. We are big into M+ but also raiding. My background is world 22nd during Yogg0/Ulduar days while my friends have both mythic raided (not at as high of a level).
2 of the three of us have been playing since vanilla and with age, treat this game as an investment of time and value to both ourselves and also the guild we call home. We are all above 415 ilvl and i have experience in 6/8 mythic while my friends have experience in 2/8 mythic at the moment (I was a sub raider to assist after stepping away from the core roster).
