Screw Stormwind

What mobs stun you in sanity losses. Someone else was talking about them in another thread and I just haven’t noticed any.

There isn’t one. Anything that can drain your sanity directly has a debuff that tells you their attacks drain sanity. There are 10 per Vision, 2 in each medium zone, and 3 in each hard zone. No trash has the ability to drain sanity.

Alliance strong. Finally we beat the horde on something!

Yea I’ll be upgrading my cloak 2x every other week in Org. SW is not fun in any way.

Well I haven’t notice them, sure I lose sanity sometimes but I always thought that was me stepping in crap I shouldn’t.

Reminds me of battlegrounds at the beginning through middle of WotLK. Death knights freaking everywhere, and if you were a juicy target (squishy caster) it wasn’t uncommon to get yanked 2-4 times in a row, keeping you in the air for several seconds before you could actually do anything. Super irritating.

I’m agreeing that there aren’t any mobs that do that. There are 10 mobs total (+thrall / alleria) that have the capability of draining sanity in either vision. None of the generic trash can.

Also I can’t wait to see how everyone handles hot feet and leaden foot in orgrimmar, if it’s the thing putting them off stormwind so much.

Mask of the pained had hot feet last week in orgrimmar and it was pretty fine (Still completely under your control and can’t interrupt your casting), but there’s definitely some parts of Orgrimmar where leaden foot will suck.

I find Hot Feet kinda fun lol. The affix I hate the most is actually Split Personality. I’ve had worse things happen during that then Hot Feet. I do visions with a group though and there’s just a ton more crap on the ground because of that. Sometimes I’m just stuck in my little split personality box until it goes away.

What if I told you the disorient effect from Split Personality gives you stacks of leaden foot. Mask of the pained (2 Madness per zone) was fun this week…

Did it again yesterday. When I’m thinking more clearly and not getting frustrated, you were right! It was fairly easy to manage and helpful at times when I used it to jump out of things.

Leaden Foot against the end boss in Mage Tower is actual torture, however. Thankful for my DH friend…

Indeed. You also start to notice, especially with the 2% hp per second food, how little standing still with the fire debuff actually does. And with a clear head you can just stand still, cast your spells, and then use it to dodge a mechanic that comes your way instead.

Very glad to have been able to help you, and hopefully this helps others too.
