The BFA scrapper is scrapping one item and then refusing to scrap more unless you exit out of the scrapping screen and wait a minute. This is the case with both add-ons enabled and disabled.

I am having the same issue. I never thought of waiting for a minute; I have logged out and back in again to get it working again.
For me, what works to “work around” is to scrap one item at a time. IOW only put one item in the Scrap-o-Matic at a time, scrap, then another, etc. Hopefully is fixed soon although with the rollout probably will be a while.
To be clear, don’t try to do more than one at a time. If you do, log out and back to get it working again. Regardless, always just do one at a time when it’s working. If you try to do more than one at a time, it’ll break, then you have to log out/in to get it working again. But you don’t have to log out/in with every individual scrap, IOW.
