Scarlet Enclave Raid Adjustments Starting June 3

With scheduled weekly maintenance next week, we will begin to adjust Scarlet Enclave in Season of Discovery. Starting on June 3:

  • Player-characters in Scarlet Enclave will receive a 5% increase to their damage, healing, and health.
  • This will increase by 5% every two weeks.
  • There will be a maximum of 25% increased damage, healing, and health.

That’s uh, nice and all, but a little too late. Lots of raid groups are already quitting because there’s no more content after this. No real incentive to keep farming SE every week when the game is going to be a ghost town by July.

…yes? We needed this scaling buff like a month ago. Announcing it on the very same day they announce SoD’s death is dumb. Nobody’s going to be around for it.

Holy #$%^ two months late and a five week change (even worse, ten weeks). Dagger to the heart of the remaining parse groups because now they can’t even compete for over two months. They really do want everyone to go to MoP and abandon SoD.

This means people who care about parsing or speed running have to wait 10 weeks until they’re at max power to push.

The free mop boost for anyone that’s cleared first boss is also very clear that there is no phase 9 sod coming. This is it.

The devs want you to go play mop, a game with a micro transaction shop that lets you buy wow tokens.

These devs couldn’t be more disconnected from the player base. SoD leadership couldn’t even get the art department to make a map of an entire new zone in New Avalon. Wouldn’t expect them to understand the interests of the remaining players.

4 weeks too late. and the 25% will be 10 weeks? SoD will be dead by then. This buff shouldnt be used to buff raids farming Caldoran. it should be to make getting into SE easier with more alts and non dedicated raiders.
