I understand, but it would be nice if people would look a little in the future before making these decisions. I bring my own 3 man group in to farm arena ( have yet to see it drop). But a little perspective is that a hunter could upgrade that on day 1 in MC. Warrior has no comparable upgrade for SGC until phase 6. I have passed on small upgrades to other classes because I know I will be pretty much upgrading it right away. Would rather the item go to a class that would actually use it for awhile.

Well, if that hunter is in your guild sure, provided you’re taking them to MC with you. If not- guess what, guilds are taking 3 hunters tops and 15 warriors, they might not have an MC raid that’ll take them, so preBIS could be their BIS for a long time.

I think that’s the future basically everyone is looking at.

Depends on your guild. Not like MC requires any effort and could pretty much bring any classes you want in.

Hunters should be passing it. It gets replaced quickly in MC and if for whatever reason they aren’t expecting to get t1 they can easily solo farm it.

You’d have to be pretty greedy to take SGC from a warrior as a hunter.

Check the top 10 guilds on your server for their compositions, most are about 20 melee dps, and almost all of those are running significantly more warriors than rogues.

It’s a pretty good meta if it works. Hunters meanwhile are pretty unneeded beyond tranqs- maybe one to pull, 2-3 to tranq, but otherwise they have lackluster dps now and scale abysmally.

And keep in mind we’re in a thread about SGC going to warriors over hunters, if you believe that you’re already a meta min/maxer.
