Like many others have reported, after completing the Mercenaries tutorial and earning the achievement, I still haven’t received the mount in WoW. I even went beyond the tutorial thinking maybe I’d missed a step, despite seeing the screen confirm that I earned it. I’ve tried everything—uninstalling, clearing cache, reinstalling the game, and more—but the mount still hasn’t shown up.
I was told to submit a bug report, but I’ve also read that some players have had customer service manually grant the mount depending on which Game Master handled their ticket. There really needs to be a consistent solution in place to fix this issue for everyone, rather than leaving it to chance.
