If the undead are that much of a deal, how could those outpost still be a thing with the current state of the night elf???

Off topic I would rather have Saytr and Naga as playable races. I don’t care which race goes to which faction I just like them both. I know it won’t happen, but I think they would be a fun. I
Ugh, no more elves plz. We already have “blood” elves, and they do just fine. Vulpera and maybe Nathanos-like undead who use the human rig but have undead customization options.
What if the war isn’t still going on after BFA? Or some sort of old god alamity for 9.0 is going on etc? There are plenty of reasons it could not happen, it’s not like this war is going to go on as the main focus forever. I’ll be shocked if it’s still going on by 9.0.

No idea. But Blizzard was too lazy to update the Ghostlands for the Void Elf recruitment quests and so they left the Night Elves there just as they were, similar to how they had the Alliances forces in Hillsbrad still for the Legion Invasions. Blizzard then went to further confirm the state of the Ghostlands haven’t changed with the Windrunner sisters comic.
As someone who plays 3 of those 4 types, I agree. I’d rather get variants on other races before considering another flavor of elf.
I’ll be honest im more excited for the Seth’rak than another form of elf. I’d totally main a snake person… and have s#%@ loads of fun doing it
That’s possible. But even if it does, war will always come around again. They’ll run out of ideas for villains again and we’ll be back to MoP 3.0 and it’ll be revealed with a cinematic of Silvermoon under siege and artwork of Exodar being sunk into the sea or something.
Or Ironforge and Thunder Bluff. Or they come up with a better start to the war story than destroying two vanilla cities. Or it goes about in any number of ways other than Silvermoon getting attacked. Or Silvermoon gets destroyed by some unrelated event. Or the game goes offline before anything significant happens with Silvermoon.
While it would be cool I’m not sure if its on the cards. After all if the San’layn were to join up with the Horde then the Horde should have seen the San’layn working with us, instead of the Alliance just seeing the Horde-San’layn partnership.

I would love to see San’Layn as an allied race to come with High Elves or something another. Just as long as we don’t get a shoehorned in race like Void Elves again. Literally no idea how they are even a thing when the Blood Elves are supposedly supposed to be at 10-20% of their original population and yet a splinter group can justify an entire race. I’m sorry, but no, Blizzard. If that’s the case, then a splinter group of San’Layn would justify an entire race or a splinter group of any race would work.

You know. the sad part is, if they announced it now… It would be 1 to 2 years before it would hit the PTR. Blizzard really sucks lately…
