saving time is blizzards goal, not making cool stuff. There is no logical reason to think more time would result in more cool stuff. Time is money and making cool stuff is contraindicated by the existence of a fated tier using completely recycled content.
I agree it’s not very clear. Does it mean that when hitting a “new” (now connected) pool no longer triggers a heal, or does it mean they don’t stack? To me connected means it can’t stack as it’s now one item, but on the other hand, maybe it doesn’t mean what I’m interpreting it as.
