Sand- casting Class

And add on another class. A sand using class. The class will have 3 specs. 1 spec is totally using the sand to cast. It can hit you with the sand. It can nova you with the sand like a mage. It can slow you with the sand. It can snare you. It can stun you with the sand. It can knockback with the sand. It can make big sand waves. It could be able to channel the sand.

So… Chromie’s HoTS playstyle?

It can do all kinds of sand abilities. Itll be fun. And make sure it has a move called “Sand tomb” in there.

Then next, make another spec that is half using the sand, half using melee. Its half using the sand to play, and half melee like an unholy death knight or enhance shaman. It should use 1handers. Should have a lot of melee abilities, and a bunch of strong sand casting abilities. So its still viable at both. The sand casting should compliment the melee abilities.

Then for the last spec, make this a totally melee sand spec. This spec focuses mainly on only using melee, and making sand blast out of its enemies in a unique way. It will also use 1 handers. It can slow with sand.

These two sound different on paper but strike me as very similar in execution. Suggestion: merge and make a new third spec

I think this class should wear leather or mail. Either or. I think its a really exciting idea. I think blizzard should think it through and add this class. Itd be really awesome to have a class that uses sand. Theres nothing better than sand.

I recommend Leather for what you’re describing. Mail is a bad armor type that rarely actually fits any classes - just ask Blizz. They can’t even make existing mail sets look good.

Yeah maybe leather is the best idea. And I really think those 3 specs go perfect. You just need some wider brainstorming fr the 3rd all melee sand spec.

I think the idea of these 3 DPS would be really exciting. And keep the fun lined in there.
