I just bought Diablo 2 Infernal Edition on Steam and I did not receive my Sanctuary’s Horadric Cube from my purchase for WoW. Any ETA on when those will come across?

Like all blizzard purchases (especially those that involve a 3rd party platform like steam), give it time to process.
Problem with a purchase ticket if it hasn’t shown up after 24-48 hours

It will for sure come. As Caps suggested if it hasnt shown in 24-48 hours put in a ticket, but it’ll most likely show up tonight.

I just hit the 24 hour mark and I am still cubeless. However, it seems its a known issue listed on the Diablo 2 forums.

If you bought it on a console, you will need to make sure that your battle net and that particular console are linked. This can be done by going to your account Management page and clicking connections.

Steam won’t be console-ready until they launch their Steam Machine and reportedly the next-gen Xbox.
