Let’s put it this way: Queuing solo is like using raidfinder in retail. It’s a mechanic that is there to allow you to play BGs even if you don’t have a raid group, with the risk of being thrown in with other players that don’t know how to play.
But if you want to play the real thins, just join a pre-made, just like you would for any PvE raid.
Great change!
I am glad you are sticking to your design philosophies of TBC and implementing fixes to stay on par.
Theres 0 negatives to allowing 15 vs 15 queues. I don’t see why this shouldnt be considered.
not at all, I’ve trolled plenty of posts about horde v horde bgs being the end of the game but whoever thought that destroying premades is a good idea just caused me to finally quit. I don’t even care if ff14 has awful pvp it has GOT to be better than whatever this dog excrement is
Thanks Blizz for using stupid data to promote a band aid change.
run the game into the ground
You, and everyone at the company who is doing this deserve to lose your jobs today.
5 player cap is something that should have been implemented 10+ years ago.
If this is game breaking to you, then you probably just can’t win/have fun with a small group of friends
Mmmm, no. Premades should only play against other premades.
literally unsubbing right now, it’s a shame I even have play time until august
Goodbye
False, BG’s should be competitive because its apart of the game go cry somewhere else my dude.
My blood pressure was getting pretty low, I needed the salt. Thank you.
If you are asking devs to be fired over this, maybe you should go outside for a bit.
Cheers guys, loving the change and loving the openness with the community.
Tough spot to be in for Devs trying to please everyone. At least they stuck with their design philosophy goals of TBC.
i’d consider pvp servers being horde only or alliance only ruining classic. he is not wrong.
do you not see servers becoming more and more one-faction dominated?
False. Premades are made to maximise honor by farming NONE premades. They are not made for the challenge of playing “the real thing”. Nobody plays premades in TBC for anything but maximising honor gains.
When a premade faces another premades they will battle for a 3 cap and once it’s clear a team won’t be able to get it back they will give up and re-Q.
Horde vs horde bg’s would need to be killed too. Give free faction changes after, I don’t care. Killing premades is a bad joke. The game is suffering because horde wanted to power game racials, let them deal with it. Take away racials and let the game sort itself out
I agree with you. I’m personally very interested in what rewards will be included for Alliance. Bonus honor/marks would be a great thing to include to preserve the initial benefit of gearing faster on Alliance without making horde afk for 2 hours to queue up. I only hope that they consider allowing premades in a separate queue for a finished adjustment.
