the npc which collects the hides is bugged. it’s not bloody doing anything when I tell it to go collect. here’s an idea: REMOVE THE NPC and let us collect the skins normally as drops.
This seems to only be bugged when the Dreamsurge is going on. The Dreamsurge seems to affect different quests in different zones, in particular the one that causes you to “stealth”. The stealth buff is not on right now but this stupid HYPER action ( use an extra click instead of just looting ) quest sux. The action NPC only operates 1 in 3-4 kills.
