Sad truth about nazjatar - it wont end with exalted

Vast majority? No. Just 8.2 and well this expansion hasn’t been all that great but you’re really stretching for a discussion or clarification on something that is subjective.

All these things are fine if you only play one character. But if you are trying to do it for a lot of alts, it quickly becomes overwhelming.

The shiny rank 4 entices enough people I’d guess
Those follower quests on alliance aren’t any better, lol. So pointless it hurt my will to go back to the new zone. :stuck_out_tongue:

Lol, I am doing them on 3 toons atm. Yesterday on my Alliance I had to stomp on 5 geysers then kill a mob. Took about a minute to do. Then I had to stomp on 7 geysers. That also took a min to do. The hardest one was collecting meat which did actually take a few minutes, but it was all done super quickly. My horde quests were equally as fast. Collect 7 ray eggs, collect 12 infused ale, capture 8 slugs. Even if 5 minutes was an exaggeration it wasn’t much so. I logged in 20 min before reset and finished 3 toons worth.

people are complaining because they think its boring. if they thought it was fun they wouldnt be here complaining

i think people are just tired of questing after 15 years of wow

I just find comments like these sad. There’s a much better game out there than queueable content.

You are right the game is 15 years old. When I started I loved raiding and dungeons. I got tired of that a long time ago. Now doing the questing and collecting is what I enjoy doing. Not sure what Blizzard can do if people are bored with what has been the core world/non-raid game play since late BC.

eight years ago, i had seven characters fully doing the Argent Tournament grind so i could amass heirlooms, and then later on all the mounts. that was way too much jousting and offing Chillmaw

Make it feel like I’m not playing a game from late BC, lol. Besides graphically, majority is just formulaic, reused game design with no real out-of-the-box innovative questing. Just base-level turn your brain off 2 second quests.

But when they do add other harder quests people also complain.

Maybe a few years ago but now I just want to go fast so I can get back to my random BGS.

I don’t need harder quests, just something more engaging. Saturating the zones with collect 5 seaweed 'cause reasons and silly things like that is just not fun. I’m sure these game designers can change two things that would make it much better. What we got now I just feel is reused (from a design angle) and just substance to these quests/dailies. It’s a shame, and people thinking they don’t know what else Blizz can do should be worrisome for the future.

Ah well you enjoy another part of the game and that’s cool. When I usually see comments like that it means their end game is LFR…and I personally think that would be a terrible end game (no offense I don’t like it but I’m not trying to take away from those that do).

Agreed. I think the reason some people don’t like nazjatar at the moment is that the dev team seems to have listened to the playerbase, then implemented it poorly. They created a zone with flying in mind, but put part of the prerequisite for flying in it. I believe if it had come out in 8.3, with us already having flying, people would love it.

No I agree if all you did was LFR this game would suck a big one. I don’t do much anymore and I used to take it more seriously but I am honestly a little burnt out especially with how everything I was excited for in bfa turned out to be not fun ( islands and warfronts I’m looking at you). so now I just random que bgs all day until the next expansion comes out.

I found so many caves, underwater and above, that I didn’t know existed while working on some achieves.

There will always be complaints but I do agree that I picked up on a few key things that showed me at least that they were listening. Their implementation and just ability to flesh out an idea really falls flat.
