You might be too young to remember this but the PVP gear was always called “welfare epics” not PVE gear but I like the revisionism.
in original TBC the PVP epics were the easiest to acquire, took the least amount of player investment and effort.
The only thing Blizzard did to change that was significantly nerf the honor gained during the TBC pre-patch making it a much larger time investment.
Explain please.
Surely if you’re a “PvPer” like you claim then you should still be able to play better than those “welfare epic” players right? Or was it only the gear disparity that allowed you to be competitive?
No one likes having their time investments invalidated. This was terrible communication from Blizzard once again but lets not kid ourselves, PVP epics were always the welfare epics of TBC.
