Bran not receiving XP stuck at 68

I’ve been farming Delves on my alts, I have an actual army of them. Last night I discovered that Bran was no longer getting any XP from the delves. I tested it again with running another delve, even switching to an alt. Bran is currently not getting any XP, my main has a collection of XP items in it’s bags from last night. My Paladin and Priest got no XP from running a delve on each this last night or this morning. I just want to clarify with my alts also running. My DH - Bran healing: No XP …
